Report 2022 and Projects for Future Works from 2023 on

The year 2022 has been rich in teachings for the Drikung Kagyu Mila Rechen Center in Bonny-sur-Loire, with the organization of a summer retreat and many weekends of practice in the following autumn. We strive to continue our programs this year too and in future, with many more activities: two retreats are scheduled this summer and further events are coming.

During these years, a huge work has been carried on, and we wish to say a heartfelt thank you to all those who gave their contribution, either personally or through their donations.

However, we need to make further steps, to provide the best conditions for the practice and to ensure the continuity of the temple. Actually, it requires more building works on its beams, in order to prevent collapsing of the frame in the near future. To avoid major structural damages, which would make the temple inaccessible, we consulted several professionals; according to them, the works are estimated between 25,000 and 30,000 euros. As you can imagine, we wish to start them as soon as possible, and we need your help!
