Tomorrow, on Chökhor Düchen, the day on which the Buddha turned the wheel of dharma for the first time, we can also celebrate the 75th birthday of H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Tinle Lhundup. On the occasion of this special day there are the following online events (posters see below):

H.H. is currently in Asia, from where the celebration will be broadcast personally with him. Preeminent Buddhist Masters will be gracing this joyous celebration along with Drikung Kagyu masters such as His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche etc.

H.E. Choeze Kuchen Rinpoche celebrates the birthday of H.H. with various meditations and prayers such as the Jigen Sumgön Ganapuja, the Buddha Amitayus Mantra and the long life prayer of H.H. Corresponding texts can be downloaded from the Facebook page, where the livestream is also broadcast.

The Gar Drolma Center in the United States, led by H.E. Garchen Rinpoche will also do a Jigten Sumgön Ganapuja on the occasion of the birthday of H.H.
